Mobile Help Overview

As their name suggests, MobileHelp extends the offerings of an in-home medical alert system to destinations outside the home throughout the United States, utilizing the AT&T cellular network. MobileHelp was the first to offer a true mobile medical alert system allowing seniors access to medical alert services without being restricted to their homes.

MobileHelp’s medical alert systems for seniors do not require a landline phone as they use AT&T cellphone coverage. Instead they require the installation of the Cellular Base Station, which is a simple standard outlet plug-in. The base stations provide an extensive coverage range with contract-free pricing. A second household member can be added to the medical alert service without an additional charge. MobileHelp offers seniors and their families the comfort of knowing that wherever they may be nationwide, help is at the push of a button.
